This project required the complete interior renovation of this 10,000 sq. ft. two-story building that houses the English and Language Departments for this SCCC campus. The scope of work included the installation of new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, additional ADA compliant restrooms and a kitchen. The accelerated timeline for completion, over the summer vacation period, made this project even more challenging.
