This extensive project included single and two-story additions totaling 22,000 sq. ft., the complete interior rehabilitation of an existing two story building and the installation of an elevator in the new building. The new building houses the village offices, a full catering facility, bar, conference rooms, men and women’s locker rooms and a health club with sauna and steam rooms. The main lobby walls feature beautifully restored cherry wood locker doors dating to the turn of the century, which were donated by the Vanderbilt Mansion Estate. Dentil crown molding decorates the interior and the original stone fireplace was refurbished and provides warmth and atmosphere to the dining area.
