Located in the middle of the historic Hudson River waterfront development area, this is a ground up construction of a 100,000 sq. ft. six-story office building with an attached 600 car municipal parking garage. This structural steel with concrete panels and brick veneer building contains 70,000 sq. ft. of class “A” office space, two elevators, double layer thermal windows and a state of the art building management system.
This “smart” building facility is fiber optic wired with direct connection to an ATM switch providing high speed T1 Internet connection throughout the building. The two hundred plus 12’x20’ nine-inch thick concrete panels which form the exterior were craned into place and required ninety-five different types of connections.
